Working principle:

Through the forward and backward movement of the cylinder, the piston in the cylinder is driven to reciprocate, so that negative pressure is generated in the front chamber of the cylinder. When the cylinder moves forward, the piston is pulled back and negative pressure is generated in the front chamber of the cylinder. The material in the barrel is pressed into the feed pipe by atmospheric pressure and enters the feed pipe through the feed and discharge check valve. When the cylinder retreats, the piston is pushed forward to squeeze out the material. The material enters the discharge hose through the discharge check valve and finally enters the empty bottle to be filled through the filling head (the filling head is closed during feeding and the filling head is opened during discharging), completing one filling.

Cleaning and maintenance:

Before cleaning the piston filler, clean the remaining product in the machine and then store it in the barrel. Fill with a mild cleaning solution. We recommend using warm water. If necessary, use soapy water, alcohol or other cleaning solutions. When cleaning, make sure that the O-ring is properly installed. Start the machine, let the machine cycle filling until clean, and thoroughly clean all parts in contact with the material, including piston cylinder, piston head, O-ring, check valve, filling head, feed port, hopper, etc. Cleaning all rings should include piston O-rings, valve flat rings, and replace broken or damaged rings.
